This back unit was vacant and in a sad state when we purchased it. We started this project by demoing the interior, raising the roof, and reconfiguring the layout with the kitchen. The renovation process included sheetrock installation/repair, kitchen design/installation, vinyl floor installation, bathroom and kitchen tiling, painting and trim installation. A new set of stairs was also added as well as exterior siding. We hired subcontractors to complete the electrical and plumbing.
